The tone of this particular backchannel strayed from the presenter's focus. Although a great experiment, the backchannel during this first Keynote was more of a distraction than a tool. However, some very good insight was shared and we all learned from the experience. After the first Keynote, a simple code of coduct (be nice, be clear, be open) was shared along with the assistance of several moderators to help keep the crowd's focus. Although anyone could post anything, the crowd was more directed as a group.
